Welcome to Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd (“the Club”, “the Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing this website, creating an account, booking a session, or participating in any club activity organised through the Platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or participate in activities.
This website and platform are operated by Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd, a private company limited by guarantee, incorporated and registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller.

Session booking and management
Match generation and player rotation
Performance tracking and statistics

Club administration services
The Platform is not a governing body and does not replace official federation regulations.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
By creating an account, you agree that:

4.1 Payment Requirement
When you add your name to a session, payment is required at the same time in order to secure your place.
Session fees must be paid before the session takes place.
Any unpaid bookings may be removed to allow space for other players.
Failure to pay session fees before a session may result in booking restrictions or suspension.
4.2 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary per session.
Late cancellations may result in loss of payment.
No refund will be provided if a participant is removed due to misconduct.
The Club reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, emergencies, insufficient attendance).
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
All members, guests, and participants must:
Behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, volunteers, players, and visitors at all times.
Follow all instructions given by coaches and club officials during sessions.
Maintain safe and sportsmanlike behaviour.
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct
Harassment or intimidation
Repeated disregard for instructions
Unsafe or reckless play
Unsporting behaviour
The Club reserves the right to:
Remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.
Suspend or terminate membership for harassment, intimidation, repeated misconduct, or serious breaches of conduct.
By participating in sessions, you agree to:
Take reasonable care of club equipment, courts, nets, shuttles, and facilities.
Use equipment safely and appropriately.
You understand that:
Intentional damage or misuse of equipment may result in replacement costs being charged to you.
Repeated negligence may result in suspension.
By participating in any session, you confirm that:
You are physically fit and able to participate in sporting activities.
You understand that participation involves inherent risk of injury.
You take part at your own risk.
You must inform organisers of any relevant medical conditions that may affect safe participation.
Participation in racket sports involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Slips and falls
Collisions
Impact injuries
Muscular strains
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Club shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation unless caused by proven negligence.
The Club is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings at venues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The Platform may generate:
Match statistics
Rankings
Performance analytics
Skill ratings
You acknowledge that:
These are generated using internal algorithms.
Rankings are indicative and not official governing body ratings.
Statistical accuracy cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify ranking or scoring systems at any time.
When using this website, you agree:
Not to attempt unauthorised access to the Platform.
Not to misuse, hack, or disrupt the system.
Not to upload malicious software.
Not to scrape or copy data without permission.
Not to impersonate other users.
Accounts breaching these rules may be suspended immediately.
All website content including:
Branding
Logos
Graphics
System design
Algorithms
Text and content
is the property of Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.
If users submit content (including messages, match data, feedback, or statistics):
You grant us permission to store and display this content within the Platform.
You confirm the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd is the only data processor.

All personal data remains under the ownership and control of Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd., regardless of the systems or platforms used.
Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd.’s internal management application, Club Master (www.badmintonhub.org), is not considered a third-party provider. Club Master is a proprietary application developed and operated by Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd.
All information stored within Club Master remains under Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd.’s systems and control.
Internal Migration of Data
Club Master and any other applications or systems developed, owned, and operated by Dragon Badminton Club – BPG Ltd. are considered part of our internal systems. Any transfer of personal data between our own systems is not considered sharing with third parties and is carried out solely for operational purposes such as membership management, service improvements, and application migrations.
User Identity Requirement
Users are required to register using their real name when creating an account or providing personal information. While pseudonyms or acronyms may be used in certain platforms or display names where permitted, the official registration must always reflect the user’s true identity. If a user provides false, misleading, or incomplete identity information at registration, we reserve the right to remove such data, suspend or terminate the user’s account, and restrict access to our services without prior notice.
